Description

The cognac is there from the first minute, slightly boozy, then cinnamon and praline bring it close to a slice of walnut cake. Oak and sandalwood give it a woody base that fits the name: “the angels' share” is the part of the cognac that evaporates from the oak barrels as it ages.
